Store Policies
A FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WHEN ORDER IS PLACED AND ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. You will be notified if there are changes. Occasionally there may be mistakes on our site. If there are mistakes on size, availability, ect. we will notify you as soon as we are aware of the problem. Please feel free, to contact us as soon as possible if you have a problem.
SHIPPING POLICY
Rick's Tack attemps to ship your order as soon as possible and will be prompt. Rick's Tack does not guarantee shipping schedules beyond our control. Items that are damaged in shipping must be claimed with the shipper. Please save the packaging.
When placing orders online the shipping calculator is an estimate and may not be totally correct. If you have questions pertaining to shipping cost, please do not hesitate to contact us for corrections. Conditions that may effect costs may be oversized packages, or special shipping conditions. You will be contacted if this is applicable to your order. We are unable to ship to p.o. boxes, unless we are contacted for special circumstances that are available. We are currently unable to ship internationally.

ORDERING
Ordering may be placed by phone, fax, or online. Phone orders may be placed Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Closed Sunday & Monday
Customized items are available upon request. All customized and special orders must be placed in advance and are non returnable. If embroidery items are customized please be sure spelling and information is correct. Customized items must be paid in full before item will be completed and shipped.
Any orders that are 30 days old without payment after notification will be returned to inventory and any down payment will be issued as a store credit.
ITEMS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE
Sale and clearance items are considered final and non returnable. Exchanges are available if items are in stock. Exchange items must be in new conditions (example: no scuffs on boots, ect.). If exchange items are not available a store credit will be issued.
RETURN POLICIES
All returns must have a return authorization number noticeably placed on the outside of returned package. If number is not on package it will not be accepted and return to sender without credit applied. All return items must have a return authorization within 30 days of shipping date.
All items must be in new condition with original tags attached. Items must not show any sign of being used or worn.
Saddles must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Saddles will be inspected before they leave and when they return. Please use clean protection when trying the saddle. Wrap stirrups to prevent marks and dirt. There will be a restocking fee put on returned saddles. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please do not place girth or cinch on saddle when first trying to prevent marks.
Horsewear items must be clean and unused. Please place clean protection on horse before trying on items.
We will only accept boots that are unworn in original undamaged packaging. If packaging is not original and undamaged we will deduct 20% of the original purchase price. Please only try on boots on carpet to prevent marks and scuffs.
No apparel will be excepted without original tags and must not be worn or washed. Apparel will only be exchanged for a different size if available. Apparel otherwise will be exchanged for a like product.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days to process your return or exchange. We will try our best to process this as soon as possible.
No returns on undergarmets accepted due to sanitary reasons. No returns on horse treats, essentials, or health care items.
Outbound shipping and handling fees will be deducted from returned items if not prepaid. There will be a restocking fee of $10.00 or 10% of purchase price whichever is greater. There will be an additional 10% charged if original packaging is not included with an unused condition item that is returned.
If we are unable to fill your exchange, we will issue a store credit to your account.
There are many return policies, but these are only for everyones protection. Thank you for your understanding in return policies.
